London is the capital and biggest city in the United Kingdom and of England, and is conjointly the biggest town in Western Europe and the European Union. Settlement has been on this position of London since well before Roman times, with clues of Bronze Age and Celtic settlement. The enterprise capital was always the Town of London. From June through to September means every day average temperatures top at over 20C and with July and August the warmest months at 23C while London's largest warmth since 2000 was noted in one August at 38C.

The streets are very powerfully congested at most times of the day, and it is influenced by the variable pace of traffic which are enforced with cameras. Whereas travellers come to enjoy London's hustle and bustle. A more imaginative distinction might be to stay in a close by village with fast and very easy train journeys to London. Like everything else, you should book online well ahead - the hostels generally fill up on Friday and Saturday nights fourteen days before.

The biggest drawback is at present drunken demeanour, especially on Friday and Saturday nights and when football matches are on. Don't be alarmed it's easy to avoid these issues by getting up early and having a full day and then retire early to your hotel. The best mode of transport is by taxi and generally the fastest way to get you from one part of London to another, and the sole downside being the total cost, and the other problem is it gets unusually congested all through rush hours (7:30AM-10:00AM and 4:30PM-7PM).

In summer the main areas are congested with pedestrians and London is not suitable for biking, but in winter or late at night, the roads are quieter at times and taxis offer a very fast and protected kind of journey from the West End to your London hotel. Many improvements have been conceived for cyclists in the town over the preceding couple of years. But numerous, especially older drivers, disapprove of cyclists and it can be hard to see them in traffic depending on your location in the centre of town.
